This notice explains how AuraGrid handles information collected through AuraGridTech.com, including the private briefing pages.
What we collect
- Information you give us when you request a briefing or a walkthrough: your name, work email, company, title, industry, the number of locations you operate and anything you write in your message.
- Basic technical information our hosting provider records when you visit, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. It is used to keep AuraGridTech.com secure and running.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, to schedule and prepare a briefing, and to follow up with you about AuraGrid. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third party advertising.
Cookies
AuraGridTech.com does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you enter an access code for a private briefing, we set one strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 14 days. It contains no personal information, and signing out removes it.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run AuraGridTech.com: website hosting, and an email delivery service that forwards briefing requests to our team. They process information only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep briefing requests for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our business relationship, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@auragridtech.com.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will post the update here and revise the effective date above.
